Worm screw mechanisation

The mechanic system (screw + gears) has been studied with suitable materials and closed into an aluminium box with oil seal that allows a correct lubrication of the members and at the same time protects from dust and impurity.
The main feature of this drive is that it allows to act on each roller holder group of the drive separately without having to stop it.
These modules are linked one another through joints (included in the supply) which go into the pins coming out from the module ends. This operation also helps to line up the modules once they are on the support brackets of the kiln.

These modules can be driven in group of how many you like according to the loads to which the draft is subjected. The motion is given to each module group through a chain transmission which grasps a ring placed instead of the joints. The typology of roller hooking bushings on the transmission changes according to the typology of the roller and the draft needed.
