Endless screw mechanization without oil

The endless screw mechanisation type without oil is realised with single roller holder steel blocks.
The modules can be constructed with variable lengths up to 3 Mt. and with different pitches on the basis of size to drive.
The type of the roller hooking bushings applied to the transmission is variable according to the drive system required.

The junction between modules is got through a chain driving gear (already provided in the supply) which is connected to a control screw. The movement is carried to each modules group through a chain driving gear. As regards maintenance is sufficient a light greasing through a brush.
In the event of damage can be simply changed the defective block with another new one without stop all the plant.
