The technological evolution

In the ceramics industry has driven us to update our drafts in order to introduce new systems, which are safer, more checkable, more lasting but above all cleaner. With this idea we address those customers who would like to update their problems with the modern production typologies through: moving from metallic rollers to ceramic rollers; the increase of the roller diameter; the increase or the decrease of the pitch between the rollers; the speed-up of the cycle; the difference of the load per sq. m.; the kiln transformations from a product to another.

The driving remaking

Is carefully considered by bearing in mind the economic factor and just because of this we always aim at trying to use, whenever possible, some parts already existing on the kiln (shafts, supports, joints, ratiomotors, etc.).
